With evidence-based assistance and resources, HKC’s impact is two-fold:

  1. Help in meeting the obesity challenge. The health, economic, and emotional problems of obesity are well-known. HKC addresses the challenge with engaging ideas and a focus on six health behaviors.
  2. Help for kids of all sizes in developing healthy eating and physical activity habits. A majority of kids are not making healthy eating choices or getting enough physical activity. HKC’s best practice ideas help support kids and *KidLinks™ with wellness and readiness for academic success.
