How HKC Works to Help Kids
Healthy Kids Challenge® (HKC) is a nonprofit, dedicated to educating and empowering schools, programs, and communities to take action for kids and families to Eat, Move, and Enjoy a Healthy Balance™.
Within, or outside of the classroom, HKC resources help kids and families learn that healthy eating and physical activity choices can be appealing. Rather than weight, the focus is on six healthy habits (Healthy6). HKC website, blogs, E-newsletters, curriculum, workshops, and other tools are designed to help make healthy choices a habit.
