  • 42eXplore - a great dance step resource with "how to's" for use at your event

DO

  • Use the event to build community unity and volunteerism, and as an advocacy effort to support healthy lifestyles.
  • Partner with aerobics instructors, dance studios, or local organizations that promote the dance arts to help you plan your event.
  • Work together with your kids to review dance videos and songs that would be great fun for the Dance for Health event.

Use money raised from the event to further wellness efforts with HKC materials and resources. By participating in the Dance for Health event™, you receive a BONUS 15% DISCOUNT on HKC ideas to promote, teach, and create environments for healthy eating and physical activity.
