Description: Kids track active play points each day
Grade: 3-5
Supplies:
  • Active Play Challenge Log Form (Prints on second page when downloaded)

 

Directions:

Pre-Prep: Download the Active Play Challenge Log form (prints on second page when downloaded) and copy enough to give one to each student.

  1. Explain to students that you are going to challenge them to feel good, look great and have fun with minutes in motion during the day!

  2. Hand out the Active Play Challenge Log form and explain that they are to track their points each day.

  3. Encourage kids to get a parent or guardian to join them in active play and get extra points. Have the parent/guardian sign the log and the kids can bring it back to school.

  4. Discuss with kids their results.
