Each month during the school year, HKC offers a webinar with Take Action healthy solutions to help kids and adults eat, move, and enjoy a healthy balance at school and at home.
Each webinar is 45 minutes plus a 15 minute Q&A session.
Webinars are held the 3rd Thursday of each month at 3 p.m. CST.
