Everyone, regardless of weight, will find helpful ideas for six healthy eat, move; enjoy balance life step goals.

    Whether your connection with kids is as a parent, grandparent, youth leader, coach, educator, health care professional, business owner, or one of many other AWE-some *KidLinks™ in the lives of children, take the My Healthy Challenge of the Month and share it with kids and other KidLink™ role models.

We live in a world where many of our kids, even those of normal weight, are not making healthy eating choices and are not active enough. Today, along with the obesity epidemic, we are seeing an increase in eating disorders. Many kids and adults alike have distorted body images. The time is now to take care that we do not intensify one health behavior problem while we resolve another.

Rather than weight, the My Healthy Challenge of the Month focuses on healthy behaviors such as fruit and vegetable intake, breakfast, healthy snacks, physical activity (with less screen time), smart servings, and drink think.
